Through all this the little guy smiled. I had gotten the camera out to take a picture before a feeding tube was placed and all of a sudden he smiled. AMAZING.
What we know today: Owen has had CT scans, ultrasounds, an MRI and tons of other tests. His cultures for infection have come back clean, meaning no infection. The MRI does show that he has had some type of mini strokes. The doctors have decided to take him for an MRA and MRV tonight. This will show the blood flow in and out of his brain and hopefully pinpoint something that is going on. He is still on 2 types of seizure medication but the antibiotics will end today. They had already stopped his viral medication as those cultures came back clean also.
He had visits from Tracy, Linda M, Linda T, Great Uncle David & Great Aunt Lynn, Jim Bachman and Wayne Herring!
